I was hired mainly as data analyst but eventually began collaborating with engineers due to my interest in the are and knowledge of Python. I’ve quickly became valuable member of the team as a result of my self-drive, curiosity and natural ability to question things. I was in Tournament Organising Committee for World Junior Ultimate Championships 2020 which were to be held in Malmö, Sweden but was canceled due to the pandemic. My previous volunteer experience and high level of involvement in local Ultimate Club life resulted in Hospitality Manager role for the tournament. The primary responsibility was Volunteer Coordination, from assembling international volunteer team and taking care of all necessary stuff for them to onboarding and managing them during the whole tournament.
