As the marketing manager at Tuloskiinteistöt, my key responsibilities have included leading the company’s rebranding and clarifying its messaging, developing a comprehensive marketing plan from scratch with a strong focus on boosting brand awareness and strategically defining our marketing channels. I have also been responsible for ideating and executing content and communications for the company website, newsletter, social media platforms and press releases to industry media etc. I have also conceptualized and organized the company's events and I have been involved in creating practices for engaging and building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Over the past couple of years, these efforts have supported the company's growth from eight to twenty employees. From 2024 onwards, I have worked through my own company.

After graduating, I started working at Tuloskiinteistöt, a commercial real estate company that offers real estate advisory services, commercial property brokerage and leasing. My initial responsibilities included entering property listings into portals and the company's then-current website. Additionally, I ordered print materials, advertising banners, performed various administrative office tasks and handling partnerships.

During my time as a Sales Representative at If, my role encompassed insurance sales, new business acquisition and managing client relationships. My role involved scheduling meetings (via video and phone calls), preparing insurance contracts, reviewing existing insurance coverage and providing customer service.I also served as a support person for new team members, providing orientation and training for their roles.

My role included opening the café, preparing and presenting café products, customer service, crafting specialty coffees, preparing lunch, managing the cash register, and closing the café at the end of the day. I was also involved in and assisted with opening the new café location that was established in the Mylly shopping center.

As a receptionist in S/S Bore, I welcomed guests, guided them to their rooms, and provided basic information about the area and its offerings. I created cleaning lists for the housekeeping staff based on the reserved rooms, managed the company’s emails and phone calls, responded to reservation inquiries, and handled the hotel’s reservation system. In this role, I was always the sole staff member on duty at the hotel reception, making the work highly independent.

I worked as a receptionist at Hotel K5/Hotel Panorama in Levi. The role was highly diverse, including not only standard receptionist duties but also organizing meetings for companies, creating event and weekly programs for businesses, making restaurant reservations for hotel guests, booking experiences for guests, collaborating with tourism offices, responding to inquiries, reporting, setting up breakfast, managing the reservation calendar for the company’s rental cottages, and providing customer service. Most of the time during shifts, I worked alone at the reception, making the job very independent and requiring problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, quick reaction times, and good language skills, as the clientele was very international.
