I was working in the temporary placement office. I started as a temp receptionist and after 3 months I was promoted to Junior Consultant.Main responsibilities:- Searching and selecting candidates for shared service centres, call centres and for various administrative positions (mainly temporary placements-short and long term)Project 1: successfully recruited a team of 35 customer service operators to DigiTV, which opened it's customer support in Hungary that time. Project 2: recruited serveral great candidates to Getronics first level helpdesk and some of them have achieved a very niche career and I'm very proud of them.
