Until fairly recently my chosen field of work was in graphic design. I did this for many years, working in advertising agencies, publishing firms... designing magazines, books and book covers, brochures, corporate identity and more. In my current role as Customer Service Representative I have discovered that aside from my creative endeavours, I really love helping people. Whether that help comes in the form of making sure someone is on the right Centrelink payment (previous job) or talking them through insurance premium funding and what options are available... it equates to job satisfaction for me, knowing that in some small way I might have made a difference to someone's life. I love talking to people from different walks of life and hopefully this shows in my work every day.
