Responsibilities:1. Ensure the accounting of inventory is in accordance to the Company's Accounting Policy:- Review and finalize stock ledger during month end process;- Prepare manual journals during month end process;- Assist to calculate capitalization of income for slow moving stocks;- Calculate stock ageing and provision for slow moving stocks;- Review provision for shrinkage (stock take losses);- Prepare Notes to Account for Inventory and related Provisions;- Calculate stock take result for Fresh Food Division;2. Support Operations including:- Investigate and explain irregular margin to stakeholders;- Assist in investigation stock loss through review of stock movement in system;- Review stock purchase/return error to ensure correct payment to supplier;- Ensure healthy stock ageing by identifying high provision stock lines for Operation to take action;3.Other responsibilities / Projects taken:- Supported the Account Payable team in data entry during the system issue;- Improving the working files through the use of MS Excel skill;- Support the Stock Audit team during stock take.

Responsibilities:- Provide outsourcing services to clients such as general accounting advisory.- Prepare full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL);- To prepare standard financial reports and financial statements;- Design and prepare working files for manual bank reconciliation;- Understand and able to conduct various accounting software for different clients; - To perform day to day financial transactions into accounting database accurately;- Post and maintain journal entries and perform reconciliation;- Assist with tax provision and statutory audit;- Assist manager with a portfolio of clients in various size (from dormant to Investment Holding Company);- Involved in different industry such as hire purchase financing company, sand mining and stainless steel manufacturing.
