• Main responsibilities:
• Start/enforce relationships with new and know shippers/charterers;
• Keep shippers/receivers duly informed about ship/vessels info;
• Focus on creating contacts/relationships with new clients and key accounts
• Market research with emphasis on commodities and trades that fi to GB tonnage (bulk carries) and trades (core).;
• Analysis on the competition movements (through follow up of the lines up/contacts with local agents);

• Support of commercials areas in daily procedures, as controlling and prepare of documents and payments.
• Release of documentacions according to currently Contracts of Affreightmen.
• Prepare, distribute and archive of pre and pos operations reports.
• Preparation of Cargo documentation according to Contracts;
• Contact with operators in order to improve vessels productivity;
• Visiting customers in view of reinforce commercials relations;

• Main responsibilites:
• Responsible for follow up with Final D/A, proformas, updating port tarrifs and also for creating database for same.
• Responsible for including documents, digitalization and archive.
• Preparation of laytime calculation as well checking. Prepare of freight invoices. Receipt and payment of commission.
• Verification of contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Part of restructure of the company with support for other branch offices.
