Current• Apply digital marketing strategies to either Moms With Benefits or PERKY branded initiatives,depending on the company's strategic goals.• Lead scheduling, editing, and overall production of Moms With Benefits podcast, workingclosely with the host.• Strategize, execute, and refine digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels includingsocial media, podcasts, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).• Generate regular reports with actionable insights to assess digital marketing performance andinform strategic decisions.• Monitor campaign performance metrics closely, analyze data, and provide insightful reports tooptimize campaign effectiveness.• Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, andconversion rates.• Assist in creating compelling and engaging content tailored for digital platforms, including butnot limited to social media content, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content.• Work closely with the team to grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram,TikTok, and LinkedIn.• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promoteproducts/services, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately revenue.• Segment email lists, personalize content, and conduct A/B testing to optimize emailperformance.• Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and attract organic traffic.• Manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads to drive website traffic and generatequality leads.• Collaborate with the team to develop multimedia assets to complement digital marketingefforts.• Understand best practices when it comes to user data, user privacy preferences, and otherregulatory requirements• Manage and track expenses monthly to ensure spending is within budgets
