-A results-driven human resource and talent acquisition leader with 20 plus years of management and consulting experience. My business and managment expertise assists me when dealing with many corporate client partnerships on specialized projects. Ph.D. Candidate in an organizational leadership program for a Doctorate of Philosophy. I am also a CMC- certified management consultant with my MBA currently servicing the human resources sector with specialized expertise in talent acquisition processes, technologies, systems, and leading high-performance global teams.I also served the human resource sector as the Director/VP of Tenax Services, Inc which was a search, staffing, and recruitment consulting firm. My duties were, but not limited to, specialized retaining and gaining of new clients with detailed presentations, staff training and management for the entire firm, implementing procedure and policy measures to ensure best practices, employee counseling for clients, and the overall management of the firm's daily operational needs as the VP. Prior to that role for the progressive firm MRI-Management Recruiters International, I was the manager for a branch in NJ that specialized in engineering for the tri-state area. My background also includes operations management for a gourmet food company and an art gallery in SoHo, NYC. My management diversity has anchored me with the strong ability to assist many business landscapes with human resource best practices and processes.
