At each event I am a go to person for new hires and individuals that are unsure of what to do. I lead my fellow employees when they need more direction. Throughout an event I cater to each guest needs and help fulfill whatever request they have throughout the evening. I am fully aware that without the help of my team and fellow workers that we wouldn't be anywhere. That is why I find team work is the corner stone of an efficient workplace. When the event is over that doesn't mean I am finished, take-down is just as important to the planning staff as the actual event is.
