o Responsible for digital campaigns regarding Oracle Cloud Infrastructure features and events to provide knowledge and customers’ engagement in OCI;o Support Customer Experience Manager team to proactively talk to clients and solve existing problems to improve their satisfaction and experience in Oracle Cloud;o Keep track of clients’ consumption to identify overage and share best practices for them to consume the credits they have hired;o Identify new workloads and opportunities to increase customers’ consumption.
