I am currently working as a Research Associate, Intermediate for the Environment, Society and Policy Group at the University of Ottawa supporting the Arctic Pulse and Qanittaq projects. Previously, I worked for ArcticNet (2022-2024) as the Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator responsible for coordinating workshops, webinars and training opportunities for network members. My undergraduate degree was in Marine and Freshwater Biology from the University of Guelph (2020) and I completed my MSc in Biology at the University of New Brunswick (2023) researching the effects of winter cold on copper toxicity and bioaccumulation to brook char. My main interests are in research, policy, knowledge mobilization and science communication.
