Conducted community outreach for the plan, including development of outreach materials. Collaborated with subconsultants to design and refine streetscape concept alternatives in response to outreach. Presented concepts to City Council, successfully communicating the merits of the road diet option to promote livability, safety, economic development, and green infrastructure. -Project Planner for the Diamond Bar, CA and Dixon, CA General Plan Updates. Developed transportation, urban design and community health and sustainability policies for the General Plans of Diamond Bar, CA and Dixon, CA. Authored a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada-funded report that identified and costed bike infrastructure that encourages ridership in Canadian cities. Interviewed city officials across Canada to gather costing data.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

-Managed the bicycle data collection program of the Georgetown BID:Communicated the need for bike facilities to city planners and the public through reporting and outreach, relying on data collected with a bike counter. -Used GIS/Google Maps to maintain a database of existing & potential bike parking sites-Conducted community outreach for the K & Water Street Corridor Improvements Project: Educated stakeholders about project benefits, documenting stakeholder input. Developed communications content: website, graphics, fact sheet, and social media.Facilitated the public meeting, successfully communicating project goals to the public.-Carried out fieldwork and ground-truthing exercises as well as creative design in support of the BID's gateways and wayfinding program. -Supported the weekly sidewalk widening pilot project by conducting surveys with business owners and developing creative placemaking ideas to make the space more attractive. -Developed parklet implementation guidelines, including permitting, engineering and design requirements, for businesses in the Georgetown area.-In charge of the development of the program, budget and speaker selection for an urban transportation symposium to take place in Washington, D.C. in collaboration with Georgetown University's Urban and Regional Planning Program.

Drafted official correspondence.-Prepared quarterly budgets and progress reports, in compliance with OAS regulations.-Provided inputs for and edited the Secretariat’s publications, press releases, and talking points intended for the Secretary for Political Affairs and the Secretary General of the OAS.-Coordinated and publicized high-­level events in conjunction with think tanks and other multilateral organizations for an audience of diplomats, academics and policy makers on key issues relating to the state of democracy and politics in the Hemisphere, such as:○ 58th OAS Policy Roundtable: “The End of the Affair? The Political Implications of Economic Growth in Latin America and the Caribbean, 2014­2019”○ 62nd OAS Policy Roundtable, “Scholars, Policymakers and International Affairs: Finding Common Cause”-Composed and edited the contents of the Secretariat’s website so that it was both accurate and updated. Compiled and disseminated the Secretariat’s quarterly newsletter.-Interviewed and selected intern candidates tri­-annually.
