• Ensure completeness, accuracy and accessibility of central file documents by careful coding of documents, maintaining a document inventory and obtaining missing complete data from investigators in conjunction with CRAs.• Ensure reliable reports of patient study status can be produced on a regular basis by entering data into project tracking system which must be complete, accurate and up to date. Ensure the complete documentation and clinical supplies and study drugs for site visits, in conjunction with CRAs.• Provide assistant to CRAs on site as needed and provide assistance with telephone query solution as needed to ensure timely database lock.• Ensure timely and accurate investigator payments, in conjunction with CRAs, participate in projects meeting (talking minutes, if appropriate)• Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of study procedures and study related materials.• Ensure work adheres to GCPs, applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and company or Client´s SOPs proactively flagging any issues to the appropriate CRA• Ensure that fully updated and archived Central Files are returned to sponsor after completion of studies, serve as resource for the project team. • Perform feasibility tasks: Telephone contact with investigators, send out the questionnaires, review the questionnaires, loading and handle database. Develop of summaries and trackers with the information available about each pathology, review of all technical and physiopathological aspects involved to the feasibility questionnaires in order to advice and improve the fulfill of the questionnaires by the investigators.
