Serving as a Behavioral Mentor for CSC's SupportED Program, a truancy diversion program in Douglas County. • Managed a caseload of 3 students .Facilitated weekly 1.5-hour meetings in the community, serving as a positive role model and mentor.• Assisted in administering functional assessments and implementing individualized, reinforcement-based interventions.• Supported students in developing functional life skills, completing homework, problem-solving, and setting goals related to academic, social, and career development.• Conducted regular mental health checks to monitor student well-being.•Monitored and tracked students’ attendance, grades, and behavior, providing proactive support and interventions.• Collaborated with families, schools, mental health providers, child protective services, and district attorneys to coordinate support services.• Assisted families in accessing community resources and services to enhance student success.

Within the EcoFluids lab, I completed lab organization and maintenance tasks as well as followed SOPs for the analysis of various water and sediment samples. At the end of the semester, I worked alongside various members of the team to complete field work at numerous locations.
