My role as Team Leader, People Connect, is to manage a team of 7 HR Co-ordinators. I oversee the operational aspects of the team, ensuring all our Service Level Agreements are met. I coach and guide team members on complex matters that arise. I am responsible for co-ordinating the team on a number of cyclical programs such as performance and remuneration reviews, promotions, graduate programs etc. My role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Another key aspect of my role is to continuously focus on process improvement. The People Connect team was established in March 2014. Prior to the launch I was responsible for the development of the People Connect function. My role of Implementation Manager was to project manage the delivery of the people services centre. This involved project plans, nationalising P&D processes, implementing systems to manage tasks (Jira), developing SLA's and protocols, centralising a phone line, training a team of co-ordinators, change management, stakeholder management and rolling out the delivery of the service throughout our offices.

My role of National HR Adviser was to provide support to the National HR Leadership Team. This involved working on a number of HR projects, including:- HRIS management - main point of contact for PeopleSoft issues, streamlining of reporting tool, creation of online leave forms, creation of online probation system, performance review system etc- Learning management system - SABA - part of the project team for delivery of this system- Development of Exit and Onboarding survey - part of the project team- Alumni project team At various times throughout these years, I was on parental leave and returned to work on a part-time basis.
