I am an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong administrative background and customer service with proven ability in consistently delivering high quality work and services through the daily use of managing systems. I support 4 directors in areas, Human Resources, Digital Services, Corporate Assurance (Information security and Internal Audit) and Finance.I take pride in organising my work according to schedules and getting tasks completed. I often get involved with analysing and trouble-shooting issues and always endeavour to find a suitable solution. I am a practical person and value getting things done on time and to an agreed plan. I am able to offer a mature, conscientious and hard-working approach to all work undertaken. I can be results-orientated and as such my major strength is in setting up plans and standard systems so output can be achieved on a regular basis in an orderly and controlled fashion.I adapt well to meet new challenges.
