I am currently completing my MBA program with a focus in International Business at John Carroll University where I will graduate in May of 2025. I serve as a Graduate Assistant for the Boler College of Business's Professional Development Program where my responsibilities are centered around organizing and executing professional networking events and consulting students on their professional development journey.As I approach my graduation date, I am actively seeking roles in Management, Human Resources, and People Advisory Consulting. My past internship experiences have focused on training and educational development, payroll and benefits, onboarding and off-boarding, labor relations and compliance, talent development, and coaching. I have worked in many HRIS's including Paycor, Paycom, Monday.com, and UKG. On campus I served as President of SHRM, Vice President of the Psychology Club, Vice President of Membership for the Consulting Club, and as a Mentor for The Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion. My leadership abilities were shaped here where I was given the chance to network professionally, facilitate events, and work on short and long-term project management.I have recently traveled to South Africa where I had the opportunity to meet with several businesses across many different industries including beverage manufacturing, solar, health care, fashion, information technologies, and finance. This experience allowed me to meet global leaders, and become aware of different cultures. This experience heightened my passion in traveling and international business. My interests lie in venture capital, entrepreneurship, AI, mental health, and learning development.
