Notre Dame Students Empowering through Engineering Development (NDSEED) is a student chapter of Engineers in Action (EIA). I served as front-of-store staff for a large, nonprofit thrift store operation that benefits Western Kansas Special Olympics programs. I was responsible for sorting donations and leading volunteer groups of young adults with developmental disabilities.
