Currently teach Computer Basics and classes. Class sizes range from five students to twenty-four students. Have taught Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Internet Resourcing, and Intro and Intermediate Word Processing. The Agenda system provides the information that determines whether a Wal-Mart/Supercenter/SAM's store will get built, remodeled, or expanded.  Provided support on software rolled out, specifically CAC - Construction Accounting Control system. Since May 1997, provided level 2 software support on all software used in the Realty Division, approximately 350 users. If unable to solve issue, logged into Remedy System and passed on to level 3 support. Set up and requested all new user IDs and changes to user IDs for the Wal-Mart Realty Division. Provided classroom training to users as needed with new rollouts and provided backup instructing when Facilitator was not available.  Provided daily one-on-one training in various systems to Wal-Mart Realty staff.
