A global survey strategy drives and supports organizational development, digital transformation, agility, leadership understanding and culture change. To fulfill this role in the best possible way and to take advantage of working in tandem, my colleague Gülcan Yildiz and me decided to share the project management accordingly. This task includes project management of the global employee survey, which takes place every three years and is the central organizational development tool, providing all management levels with detailed and comprehensive feedback on employee-relevant topics. In addition to this major project, we also support the survey landscape with smaller surveys, so-called Pulse Checks, which include, in particular, consulting project teams and managers on individual surveys.
