Experimental Group is a five-year old company started by entrepreneurs Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros, and Olivier Bon. Based in Paris, Experimental Group is in the restaurant and spirits industry, with a growing number of upscale cocktail bars worldwide: the Experimental Cocktail Club, the Curio Parlor, the Prescription Cocktail Club, La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, the Beef Club and Ballroom, as well as ECC's in London and New York with over 90 employees worldwide. Responsible for overall corporate governance. Strategic growth, budgeting, company structuring, legal matters in all three countries, supplier relations and negotiations, marketing, press, external communications, cost-control, product design, and international development.

Helped grow the company from 25 employees with three locations in France to an international company with outposts in London and New York. Put in place the 'back-office structure' of the company as well as a veritable HR strategy.

Member of the Competition Team in an American law firm based in Paris. Responsible for coordinating relationships worldwide for one main client with a budget of several million dollars – coordinating team members and status reports across branches of the firm in Europe and the United States, tracking progress on client requests, and billing with the client’s in-house counsel and third-party firms. Also responsible for internal and external press communications, translations, and public profiles for the Competition Team.

Represented the Canadian based pharmaceutical company, Origin Biomed, in French territory off the coast of Africa. Negotiated key contract terms with suppliers of the critical ingredient, harvested in Reunion, via intermediaries located in mainland France. Neuragen is distributed in major pharmacy chains across the United States and Canada for the treatment of nerve-related pain.
