All our sound designers are accomplished industry professionals with over 20 years experience working in sound recording.- Work with the CEO, staff, and governing board to facilitate short and long-term strategic plans.- Identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficacy of the organization.- Participate with the CEO and senior management to plan the organization's fund development course and programs.- Manage the operations development function efficiently, and oversee development activities in coordination with staff.- Provide leadership and guidance for campaign operational strategy, management and processes, including timelines, objectives and metrics.- Plan, coordinate and assure implementation of strategies to develop donors and contributions in support of the organization.- Establish performance measures, monitor results, and evaluate the efficacy of the fund development program.- Implement new technology or tools as needed.

- Partner with the ED in essential leadership activities (human resources, administration, and organizational planning);- Create an inspiring environment for the team with an open communication culture;- Delegate tasks and set deadlines;- Oversee day-to-day operation;- Monitor team performance and report on metrics;- Motivate team members;- Resolve any issues or conflicts;- Suggest and organize team building activities.
