With a bachelor's degree in history and a passion for baking, I pursued a career as a head baker at Narrative Coffee, a local coffee shop that offers well-crafted specialty coffee drinks and exceptionally paired house-made foods. For over six years, I collaborated with a team of talented baristas and food professionals to create a variety of delicious and innovative products that delighted our customers and increased our sales.I also contributed to the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our operations, as well as the alignment of our vision and values. Some of my achievements include developing new recipes, introducing our bake-at-home products, and training new staff members. I have strong skills in teamwork, written communication, and Google Sheets, which I used to coordinate orders, inventory, schedules, and cost of goods. In addition, I leveraged my interests in art and design to create marketing materials for the packaging of our retail products.
