- General document and correspondence production and distribution to include but not be limited to: client contract letters, production of amenity requests and VIP cards, turnover letters, and BEOs- Production of pre-convention booklets and tent cards for guests attending events- General office processes and activities to include, but not limited to: copying and delivery of deposit checks to the Accounting Department, faxing and retrieval (complete with confirmation sheets), departmental documents photocopying, mailing of departmental correspondence, checking of assigned managers mailbox, reader board information, prompt distribution of last minute changes to affected departments.- Assisting with office equipment operation such as Printers, Copiers, Fax Machines, Telephones, etc.- Ordering necessary supplies and services as requested by CSM, i.e. flowers etc.- Entering payroll (i.e. hours worked, holidays, etc. – in a non-union hotel environment.)- Assisting in managing the survey program- Managing internal meeting bookings- Contracting and servicing day meetings, golf events and holiday parties.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.• Assist guests with questions regarding their existing reservations, while offering future reservations / activities (upselling of additional products and services).• Follow up (outbound calling) on inquiries which did not convert into a reservation.• Provide concierge service regarding local restaurants and entertainment activities. • Maintain and process profile information on current guests and potential future guests.
