Managing the lottery based open enrollment school admissions process for Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (PreK-12), Dr. John Ochsner Health Sciences Academy (PreK-8), Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery (PreK-5), and Discovery Fusion (5-8). Works with families, students, and other stakeholders to meet the educational needs of our community.

Founding varsity soccer coach of the girls program at Kenner Discovery.

This program seeks to provide early literacy intervention to at-risk student populations in the greater New Orleans area. The graduate assistant position involved coordinating research events, working with pre-k teachers regarding materials, and general day to day tasks. In addition we are currently running a summer program for students who were in our program schools that will conclude the first week of July. The grant officially ended on August 31, 2012.

Responsible for merchandising, organization, and general run of the non-fiction section of the store. Main focus was on ways to drive sales via customer service and display of interesting titles.

Responsible for the day to day maintenance and running of the music and dvd department. Merchandising, organization, schedule making, and personnel development were areas on which this position focused.
