1st rotation of Amgen's Future Operations Leader (FOL) rotational program, worked in Amgen's Global Engineering Technical Authority - Sustainability team, key achievements / deliverables include: - Led sustainability design and construction for Amgen's newest drug substance manufacturing facility in North Carolina and drug packaging facility in Ohio (total construction cost over $1B), both pursuing LEED Gold Level certification and Fitwel certification.- Led Amgen network on-site renewable energy production feasibility studies, obtained funding approval and managed design and procurement for on-site solar projects in Amgen North Carolina and Ohio new facilities; laid out strategy and identified priorities for future solar projects within Amgen's network. - Developed assessment tool and established process to incorporate sustainability considerations into Amgen's business development merger and acquisition processes. - Established Amgen's manufacturing network sustainability benchmarks, collaborated with Amgen's Operations Strategic Planning & Risk to incorporate sustainability metrics into drug substance manufacturing format and scale selection, manufacturing site selection and new location selection processes.

Developed simulation models for station capacity design and optimization; established pricing models for various customer segmentations; advised on product life cycle assessment and market entry strategy.

Kadeya develops closed-loop water vending service powered by digitally-connected reusable water bottles and mini bottling stations, delivering convenient, quality, low-cost water that reduces carbon footprints and digitizes water consumption for users.

• Identified and developed use cases for core technologies, led market entry strategy, and represented the team in winning MIT pitch competitions• MIT DesignX and Harvard Launch Lab 2021 Cohort, winner of Rabobank-MIT Food & Agricultural Innovation Prize

- Conducted program and project change control at a new-build Uptime Tier 3 data centers (construction cost $750M+); oversaw procurement of $220M+ contracts; assisted in overall development feasibility and capital return assessment- Transformed project design into a 5-Dimensional Building Information Modelling process integrating design, fabrication, construction and handover process; convinced stakeholders to invest in a new team of over 40 engineers; achieved significant safety and quality improvements; received recognition for leading industry’s best practices; - Managed a team of 15 multi-disciplinary professionals in producing due-diligence reviews and offered advisory services for two proposed data centers in Shanghai with development area of 135,000+ sqm. to facilitate acquisition decisions

- Led the contractor's design for building envelope systems across the successfully delivered bespoke building façades through detailed design, statutory approval and performance / mock-up tests- Undertook major responsibility in program control, procurement, off-site production in Europe and China, as well as contract administration for M+ façades and building maintenance systems (works valued over USD100million)
