November 2013-March 2016: Operations• Managed 15 personnel in New York and Los Angeles, and two advisor-consultants in Colorado and Hong Kong.• Oversaw global marketing and public relations campaigns, including advertisements in World of Fine Wine, Decanter, Wine Spectator and online; emails to Wally’s six-figure list; printed marketing materials soliciting buyers and sellers; press releases; and interviews.• Directly cultivated and managed relationships with the fine wine industry’s leading collectors worldwide, both buyers and sellers.• Negotiated and oversaw placement of over $40 million of consignments, including The Roy Welland Collection, the highest grossing wine auction of 2014. • Orchestrated and filled luncheons and dinners ranging from intimate dinners to 100-guest events.July-November 2013: Start Up• Founding director, built dynamic team of wine professionals including client service representatives, wine specialists, senior managers and advisors.• Developed all branding for website, auction catalogs, promotional emails, print and online advertising.• Designed systems and procedures, including online and live bidding applications, client account management, consignment intake and management, catalog production, and internal reporting.

Auction Director, April 2010-July 2013• Managed operations and 30 international personnel of auction house grossing over $425 million 2005-2013.• Scouted and negotiated contracts for auction venues in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Hong Kong.• Managed production and publishing of 12+ catalogs annually; directed photo shoots; designed print advertisements, emails, website and other promotional materials.• Oversaw inception and development of Zachys Asia, Ltd’s Hong Kong operations, staff and office.• Served as press contact for domestic and international media.• Appraised, assessed and catalogued wines for consignment; solicited and negotiated terms of consignments.
