Seeking challenges within HR digitization as I'm leading digital HR transformation projects by defining HR IT strategies in the first place, supporting provider selection and finally implementing SAP SuccessFactors as a system for harmonized, efficient and transparent end-to-end HR processes including change and communication measures. I'm interested in comprehensive consulting on integrated HR IT landscapes, not only focussing on a holistically build SuccessFactors solution but also including third party tools, for instance document management, eSignature, identity management, travel and ticketing solutions.I'm convinced a technical solution doesn't help it all and pushing structures and processes into a system won't help the organisation on a long run. Driving HR (IT) forward is a people business, listening to challenges in organisations and its employees and start the (globally aligned) digital transformation at the stage the organisation truly needs it.
