Downstream Process Specialist and Deputy of Pilot Plant in the Greenfield Project Lengnau:Deputy of Process owner of Multipurpose Facility:- Planning and completion of Concept Design phase of a Multipurpose GMP Facility including the production of Viral Vectors and other recombinant products- Planning of a Viral Vector Development Lab- Evaluation of equipment, layouting of production/lab rooms and tank farm area, writing of URS- DSP and Biosafety contact person for external engineering company- Support of QA in writing segregation concept for siteDifferent support assignments:- Six months assignment in Gene Therapy. Five months at GT Research in Bern (USP, DSP, Analytics), one month at GT Development in Marburg DE (USP and DSP)- Different short assignments in DSP Pilot Facility (Marburg), Training in Recombinant Production (Marburg DE, Broadmeadows AU), four months support of mammalian USP 50L SU Bioreactor tests, Support of R&D and MSAT in writing Study Plans ad RA (Lengnau)- Completion of Safety Officer and Biosafety Officer (BSL-2) trainings
