Assistant Recovery Support Supervisor at Recovery Centers of America & Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) I participate in the interviewing process of new hires and ensure all RSS Staff are adhering to and properly trained per facility policy. I monitor RSS staff and confirm adherence to their assigned duties at the beginning and end of shift including but not limited to rounds, group facilitation, shift reports, group/individual notes, surveys, pack-ups, incident reporting, equipment checks/counts.I assist with daily staff schedules/call outs for assigned shifts and I am responsible for properly staffing eight different "neighborhoods".Additionally, I provide constructive feedback to staff as needed to help them develop their skills and assist with disciplinary actions when warranted. I attend treatment team meetings and shift reports daily to communicate between different departments and shifts. Highly skilled with the admissions process including body and safety searches, use of the Nu Tech Body Scanner and reading body scans. Experienced in verbal de-escalation, AA blocking, and MI, and DBT. Proficient in Avatar and Microsoft Office.
