Restoration Immigration Legal Aid- a holistic nonprofit based in Arlington, Virginia, RILA supports immigrants in our community by providing excellent, pro bono immigration legal assistance to those who are most vulnerable and who have the fewest resources. Supervising attorney of the RILA Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. Managed SIJS team, supervised and training staff and volunteer attorneys, represented clients for the custody hearing requesting SIJS finding and supervised the process of filing I-360s and I-485 with USCIS. Asylum attorney- Defended clients in their deportation cases at asylum hearings

Researched and wrote asylum opinions for the Board of Immigration Appeals, memoranda in response to asylum clock motions for the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, and summaries of landmark immigration cases.

Managed domestic and international adoptions; coordinated the Foundation's accreditation process under the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption.

Researched and drafted motion memorandum and opinions for the judge.
