Participation in the project of developing an internal mobile application for the Bank's employees as a business- and systems- analyst. My responsibilities include:Analyzing requirements and writing technical design specifications, use cases description, description of integration methods between different systems.Communicating with project stakeholders, managers, team leads, developers, and UI/UX designers.Drawing up workflow charts and process diagrams (bpmn, uml, etc.)Monitoring project progress by tracking activity.Supporting users during the further operation of the application.Taking part in improving development processes.

Participation in the mobile and web application development project "SMI".This application is intended for fixing indicators of servicing flights for arrivals and departures.
