I devised creative solutions for ASOS’s most important customer moments in the marketing calendar. I collaborated with a team of marketers, editors, stylists and together we dreamt up the campaign's ‘big idea’ using extensive marketing learnings, research, the latest cultural influences and our own perceptions of the subject. I led each campaign, building the right team with external freelancers, designers, directors and photographers who I knew would work well together to deliver the desired outcome at the highest standard.

Responsibilities included a varied array of disciplinarians, designing identities, conceptualising, directing shoots, working with ASOS established photographers. I also helped on the asset creation of the homepages, video and the PR team.

We partnered with brands such as, Ford, Citroen, Philips and Rimmel London, to deliver exciting, influential and accountable creative solutions that were relevant to the ASOS audience. I creatively lead each project, this involved conceptualising, pitching and presenting to clients. Through to building a team of freelancers, developers, directors, photographers, musicians to help me deliver the campaigns. Launched in November 2010 the magazine focused on numerous old and new subject areas such as language, art, literature, films, culture and art. I designed the brand identity, our magazines along with promotional material and our website.I was one of 3 in our core team in which we asked writers, artists, photographers, designers etc to contribute articles. Since the launch of our online magazine the success of somethinkblue was remarkable.
