• Oversee daily operations in the sourcing department• Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategy• Responsible for department goals and KPI. Cascade company and department strategy, directions, and goals to team members.• Responsible for team’s performance management process. Coach, train, motivate and develop sourcing team to promote excellence and consistency in all aspects of the job.• Building and maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships with suppliers to help reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies.• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and control costs, improve COGS.• Conduct business reviews and explore additional business opportunities.• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.• Address issues between suppliers and internal teams/OEMs.

• Develop and lead the sales team to achieve the Sales targets • Monitoring and supervising the Sales production & activities• Coordinating with Marketing Department and R&D department to build high quality potential product base for Global market • Involving in sales process including negotiating, decision making missions • Develop and manage high-level relationships with strategic key accounts.• Develop new markets• Practicing Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs

• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers• Monitoring the performance of the sales team• Receiving complaints, working with related departments and providing solutions• Join the exhibition as visitor and exhibitor to find potential customers• Improve Customer service and customer experience on an ongoing basis.• Manage operational purchasing, inventory, and continuously make necessary improvements for production • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.• Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution (load, unload, move, or store materials and finished product ) • Report to the BOD weekly and monthly

• Develop packaging for new products: The packing method, the material and size for packaging • Identify, manage key suppliers and develop new suppliers across a range of packaging throughout Asia• Visit supplier facility to make sure they are in compliance with standard• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms to ensure margins are maintained and increased • Ensure stocking levels are maintained at the agreed levels for production • Solve all issues related to packaging

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and inform to production line leader • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules• Oversee and coach employees• Check production output according to specifications• Submit reports on performance and progress• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements• Train new production line leader on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
