I am a graduate from California State University, Bakersfield. I have received my bachelor's degree in communication and have entered the world of digital marketing. I currently have over three years of experience in sales, customer service, and social media marketing. Throughout my time at RubyLemon, I remained consistent with creating content for the company Instagram. I stuck to the brand by using the appropriate color pallets given to me and created Instagram story posts, as well as posts for the RubyLemon profile. Blog writing is a skill I have gained from this internship which lead to my understanding of how to use SEO tools and ensure the company blog comes up when keywords are searched on a browser. While working with Long Beach School of Yoga, my team and I assisted the owner in creating an overall theme for several social media platforms in accordance with the brand. I understood the idea that was desired and was able to achieve this through planning, organizing, and implementing these ideas into social media posts. I analyzed the current engagement and predicted a more successful future engagement based off of the future posts that were scheduled. Helping Long Beach School of Yoga was a great project that helped me understand how to successfully plan and implement important projects. Currently, at Sole 2 Soul Sports, I enjoy talking to customers every day and making relationships with different people. Sharing information with new customers is something I enjoy and look forward to whenever I am at work. I provide every customer with an analysis to match them with the correct shoe and answer any questions they might have. Working as a team is valued greatly at Sole 2 Soul and has given me collaborative skills and a passion for Sole 2 Soul. Along with this, I have gained more knowledge throughout running the business Instagram and planning a social media strategy.
