Responsibilities:- recruitment of interns, including identification of recruitment needs, preparation and publication of advertisements, selection of applications,- education of internship supervisors in the area of recruitment of interns,- implementation of tools to optimize the recruitment process and search for new channels for reaching candidates,- technical and analytical support (creation of HR analysis and statistics, dashboard and databases management),- initiating and conducting employer branding activities aimed at building the company's image among students and young graduates, in accordance with the existing strategy and company policy,- co-creation of internal employer branding, in particular among trainees (friendly workplace, organizational culture).

Responsibilities:- supporting HR Business Partner in the implementation and coordination of activities related to the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology,- supporting projects such as Employee Engagement Survey, Talent Management, Performance Management and Employer Branding activities,- supporting administrative processes,- participation in the preparation of events, employee meetings, training sessions,- creating HR reports and analysis,- creating and editing interesting content for internal communications, preparation of materials (e.g. posters, flyers),- onboarding newcomers (both White and Blue Collars),- translating texts from/to English,- supporting the HR department in ongoing tasks.

Participation in a mentoring program in the form of meetings, workshops and individual learning under the guidance of HR experts on Business HR, Recruitment (Hiring Manager - HRBP - In-House Recruiter model), Change Management, Employer Branding and Candidate Experience.
