Julia heads up Savills' Natural Capital brokerage team, specialising in the nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain markets.Prior to this role, Julia led the Southern Natural Capital team, providing advice to a range of stakeholders. She previously spent 14 years providing estate management and strategic consultancy advice to a number of long-term rural landowners across the South, from Kent across to Cornwall. From a farming background, Julia has always been interested in the rural economy and the issues and opportunities facing private and institutional landowners in the UK.
