I work currently as Senior Purchasing Specialist in Y Soft Corporation situated in Brno, Czech Republic. Y Soft Corporation is an international software and electronic hardware company. On this position I am responsible for selection of new vendors and for set up of Procurement strategy for OEM parts. Furthermore, I deal with negotiation, issuance, processing, reporting and close out of main Purchase Orders for Production of hardware and R&D services. Among my strengths belong namely communication and negotiation with Suppliers, analyzing of received proposals and quick responsiveness towards bidders as well as within Y Soft Corporation team members. I work in close cooperation with other Y Soft Corporation departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Planning, Warehouse & Logistics to assure that production can be performed duly and timely.I can demonstrate also deep knowledge of planning skills. I worked in the automotive industry as Planning Engineer in Maintenance department for Jaguar Land Rover car manufacturing plant, situated in Nitra, Slovak Republic. I was responsible for planning, organizing, ordering, cost and budget controlling related to maintenance activities. In past, I was a member of ARCADIS construction team who was responsible for EPCM services (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) upon construction of new Jaguar Land Rover car manufacturing plant in Nitra, Slovak Republic. This ARCADIS team built this car manufacturing plant on time and in budget and I have learnt a lot from skilled professionals to who I provided Office management services.I am skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Communication, Gmail, SAP (MRP), IFS (ERP) and in administration in general. My master’s degree in Business / Managerial Economics I obtained on Slovak University of Agriculture, Faculty of Economics and Management, Nitra, Slovak Republic.
