I was employed as a Kerastase and Shu Uemura Educator for L’Oréal (part-time). My responsibilities in this role include:• The education of hair stylists on all aspects of Kerastase Paris and Shu Uemura including product knowledge, consultation, merchandising, customer service, luxury experience, diagnosis, personality profiling and sales.• Responsible for the education of stylists in over 30 salons, taking place in both salons and academy classes.
