Hello I’m the founder of The Chirohealth Clinic (a Chiropractic and Wellness clinic), The Back Room (which supports women with back pain) and creator of The Mojo Portfolio (a company that delivers the NATURAL health message in a fun, engaging and simple way!).I'm a self-confessed NATURAL Health Pioneer that loves to find creative ways of improving the health of those around me. It all started years ago when I saw a VW advert where the stairs, next to an escalator, were converted in to a piano. This increased the chances of people using the stairs by 66%! I had the realisation that if you make lifestyle changes fun and interesting, this increases the likelihood of them becoming habits.We began to incorporate this in to our Chiropractic clinic and it started with apples. We started with a bowl on the front desk…a few brave souls took an apple. We moved to also having bowls of apples in each of the adjustment (Chiropractic treatment) rooms…a few more were taken. Then one day on a trip to Belgium with my brother I stayed in a hotel that had a rectangle perspex apple holder on the wall and BAM! I saw it in a flash…an indoor apple tree with real apples on it! So, as you guessed, loads of patients now help themselves to apples from our indoor apple tree. I know that if we make NATURAL lifestyle changes fun, engaging and simple, we can all have better posture, more energy, take less medications, sleep better, have less pain, be more flexible, have lower stress and have more zest for life!
