Responsible for organizing international delegations in Estonia and Finland, from both the public and private sectors of Brazil. This role involved comprehensive coordination before, during, and after the delegation, as well as strengthening relationships with strategic stakeholders to ensure high-quality agendas and experiences. Additionally, I played a key role in organizing in-person and online events, such as webinars, lectures, and small to medium-sized workshops, and collaborated on consulting projects focused on digital transformation in Brazilian state governments. My contributions included conducting research, performing interviews, and drafting final reports that support decision-making.

I was responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis, contributing to academic discussions within the organization. Additionally, I managed the organization’s social media presence, which significantly increased its recognition and engagement within the university, leading to a higher number of applications during the selection processes.
