Project Engineer Assembly-Technology
Current- Support development of technical standards (Global Technical Standards) for assembly equipment (analyze and record different manufacturing equipment’s and processes).- Support development and qualification of new suppliers for assembly equipment (market researches, production tests).- Administration and change management od documentation for technical standards (GTS) of assembly equipment.- Support to integrate digitalisation aspects into technical standards (GTS) of assambly equipment.- Continous improvement of equipment design and the specification.- Increase of an expected demand: project Management for the procurement process of welding revealing and other assembly equipment (incl. fixures and special machines) in direct cooperation with the plant manufacturing engineering and the other corporate departments (e.g. process planning, customer teams…)- Managing the capex, timing - respecting quality aspects.- Ensuring availability of all relevant project date in the database system to ensure global reporting process.- Provide input for layout planning.- Following all established workflows and procedures e.g. workflow for investment goods; reuse workflow; launch product workflow.- Support for the plant manufacturing engineering regarding above listed topics.- Support cost estimation of aftermarket parts and engineering change requests.
