CurrentAs a part of our management team, I am responsible for the comprehensive topic of go-to-market for the global business unit SAP at Nagarro. That means I am working with various teams to bring our SAP service and product portfolio to our focus and emerging markets. I am looking at ...- coordinating the strategy and advising on how to set up business plans, messaging, demand generation- mitigating risks & supporting the initial steps to gain a competitive advantage- aligning GTM globally to not reinvent the wheel every time and deciding on future markets- stay up to date with SAP’s product strategy with a special focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud to define and execute relevant tactics to advise our prospects and customers on the specific advantages of clean core, extensibility, and standardization and correlating end-to-end processes. Furthermore, I am heading sales teams responsible for net new names, our own IP and add-ons, as well as sales operations, and SAP licences.
