Working at Swingbellys has allowed me to maintain and improve my customer service skills. With a different clientele, I am able to see what irks different people. This creates better problem solving skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Some duties I have include, timely seating customers, monitoring kitchen and server activity to seat customers accordingly, adapting to requests by customers, taking orders over the phone and collecting payment, and maintaining cleanliness within the front of the restaurant.

As a Hostess at McWethy’s Tavern, I am in charge of planning reservations, accepting walk in seating, and taking togo orders.

As this was my first job, I was able to gain a multitude of experience within customer service. I attribute my interest in communication and customer satisfaction to this position. From this job on, I have been able to satisfy customers. I had duties such as, correctly taking orders, making and serving food, being cross trained amongst 4 establishments, and cleaning after customers.
