Chief Executive OfficerCulture Shift Cio May 2023 - PresentI am proud to lead this dynamic organisation with a firm focus on the delivery of activity which delivers Arts and Health outcomes, in particular targeting those people who are furthest away from opportunities to connect and experience creative practice. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with marginalised communities, including those who are disabled or unwell and those who care for them and others who are isolated and experience stigma and lack of opportunity. I believe passionately that creative practice can provide opportunities for advocacy and self development, improved physical and mental health equalities and social inclusion. Engagement with the arts is good for everyone and can make tangible, positive differences to our lives! -

Founder DirectorUninterrupted Theatre Collective Jun 2020 - PresentThe Uninterrupted Theatre Collective was formed and commissioned as part of the' Making Theatre In Extraordinary Times' programme led by Farnham Maltings in 2020. The aim of the commission was to respond to and reflect the impact of COVID-19 and Uninterrupted's piece was specifically designed to give particular voice to the generation of young people and their perspective on the challenges of lockdown and the future. The Collective comprised originally of 5 emerging actors from the South East; graduates from accredited Drama Schools (Mountview Academy, Bristol Old Vic, East 15 and Central School of Music and Drama) within the past 2 years. In the midst of a global pandemic, with the cultural sector entirely in lockdown, the Uninterrupted Theatre Collective was born.
