Leads the development and execution of exchange programs between Africa and the United States, facilitating collaboration, cultural exchange, and knowledge sharing. Manages public diplomacy projects to elevate the Institute's visibility and influence, communicating its mission and accomplishments to diverse audiences. Actively participates in collaborative decision-making processes, providing input on strategic initiatives and contributing to the overall direction of the Institute's programs. Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of program activities, ensuring effective reporting to Institute leadership and assessment of implemented strategies. Engages in ongoing professional development to stay informed about current trends and enhance skills for continued contribution to the Institute's mission.

Designs and leads a curriculum that caters to each student’s needs, from a diverse ethnic, social and economic backgrounds who have a range of language based learning di culties.
