•Manage vendor payable and receivable accounts including reconciling all subcontract billing via spreadsheet tracking and communication with project engineers; •Perform administrative duties including: monitor changing industry safety compliance requirements and implement changes as needed; create spreadsheets and processes for tracking information pertaining to company equipment, employees, and job data while providing support to coworkers; answer phones; distribute weekly payroll and industry related correspondence. •Manage several key operating functions for our sister company, a restaurant and golf course, involving: creating and maintaining a multi-page website to expose the company to a larger population of potential customers while generating consumer interest; tracking golf club memberships; designing and updating the printed and online versions of the restaurant menu; developing advertisements for upcoming programs and special events.

•Cater on-site events ranging from 8 – 200 people. •Work with head chef in preparing banquet event orders, on-site food preparation and presentation as well as coordinating staff and supplies for upcoming events.•Communicating with guests regarding event details, handling requests and changes as needed in order to provide an exceptional experience for all, with every event.•Responsible for general office work including maintaining event calendar for the restaurant and golf course, providing server training materials to new-hires and current employees as needed and updating social media sites with information on upcoming public events.

•Cater on-site events ranging from 8 – 350 people. •Responsible for varying levels of on-site food preparation and presentation. •Create decorative food displays to enhance the theme of the event.•Set-up and breakdown tables, chairs, food preparation area, etc. •Able to improvise when unexpected situations arise and work as a team with entire event staff to exceed host and guest expectations.
