I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for 8.5 years, but have worked with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders for 16 years. I have worked in educational settings, clinical settings, and in a residential setting where I have gained experience working with individuals from the ages of 2 to 65. Throughout my time working in the ABA sector, I have developed a love for utilizing ABA strategies to change the lives of my clients, as well as a love for training RBTs, caregivers, teachers, and local community members. I have developed trainings for local school districts and churches in order to give the community a better understanding of how to utilize ABA strategies across different children, different disabilities and different cultures. Throughout my career, I have come to appreciate the importance of pairing and building relationships with all stakeholders in the clients’ lives as well as community members at large.
