I offer efficient and flexible Board support to organisations that find they need a little more help to ensure that they are:-· well-run with documented meetings, agenda and minutes· meeting their charitable or corporate objectives· have good governance in place and are keeping up with the increasing compliance burden on the executive team and trustees. · meeting their trustee responsibilities as individualsin addition to any other project work that fits with my skillset or experience. Projects include applications for charitable status, Charity Commission Governance Code, trustee recruitment and induction and work to support Board Effectiveness. Particular experience in the Arts and Education.

I now consult to fill the role of Company Secretary (since July 2023), having contracted to the theatre to provide Board and governance support since late 2017.

Studying for Advanced Certificate for Corporate Governance

Project support to review governance and operation of board of trustees, bringing in new membership and external strategy. Advisory and support role providing liaison between Governors and school management team. Other specific experience included responsibility for for tender process and contract management of onsite development projects including a science laboratory and frontage refurbishment.

Responsible for operational delivery of a small prep school - responsibility for Finance, HR, Legal, Bursary Management, Health & Safety, Facilities, Estates, Management, strategic planning and financial modelling, Payroll Services, Pension provision - and part of Senior Leadership Team, working closely with Governors advising on finance, strategy and operational risks and issues.

Designed and delivered Business English courses within Language School and to corporate clients in Zurich Area. Client relationships skills required, coaching, and strong English Language skills.
