Als projectondersteuner ben ik verantwoordelijk voor alle informatievoorziening aan collega's intern zowel als externe betrokkenen bij projecten in Parkstad, Sittard-Geleen en Maastricht. Hiermee ondersteun ik de projectmanager bij het realiseren en succesvol opleveren van projecten in deze gebieden binnen vestiging Zuid-Limburg. Onderdeel hiervan is proces- en datamanagement m.b.v. ons Customer Relationship Management systeem.Naast mijn werkzaamheden als projectondersteuner ben ik lid van de ondernemingsraad en teamlid van ons team 'digitalisering' waarbinnen ik een extra functie als 'key-user' heb. Hierin voer ik ICT werkzaamheden uit zoals het beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van problemen die mensen hebben met het systeem of inlogportaal.
